I have availble for loan my 15hh welsh D mare, Rosie. I am looking for a fairly experianced rider to hack her out a few times a week and school if they wish. There is alot of nice riding in my area inc. schools availbe for hire, woods literally 10 yards from stables, estate grounds and also schooling in the field. There are no stable chores although occasional poo-picking may be required. I am looking for £10 per ride and for somebody able to ride at least twice weekly. Rosie is in my eyes quite easy - she has good brakes, would never bolt and if asked correctly will do whatever you ask of her incl. jumping. However that said, she is bolshy in hand if you're not firm/confident and can be nappy/stroppy. She has thrown the odd buck but nothing dangerous but no point in saying she hasnt. If you know how to ride then she is easy - she is not for beginners and not for weak spirited - this horse will reap you rewards if you make sure she knows you're boss. Good with other horses but hasn't had to hack out alone. Good in ordinary traffic. Doesn't kick, bite, rear, buck or anything nasty. Has bred a foal in the past and is a good mum. Would be a good mother duaghter share or could be a games pony as has done some gymkana's. She has smart paces so could also do novice dressage. Can pop a small jump but not a super star. Good to catch, lead, load, travel and with farrier. Can carry up to around 10 stone. Has sweetitch which is easy to control but is the reason that she is primarily for loan. Perfect Mother/Daughter Share – 2 horses for share
We have a 13.1hh 17 yr old NF pony (Jess) and a 16.1hh 17yr old WB X (Flash) available for part loan/share.
Jess is a very sweet pony who is bombproof and suitable for people/children of all ages to ride her. Not a very chunky pony, so not a weight carrier. She would make a good lead rein pony or happy hacking pony for a young family or for a novice rider, also a good little pony for you to teach children on. Lunges well and is also very responsive to voice commands. Jess is not spooky, will hack alone or in company – first or last.
Flash is a very loving horse who can be spooky and is always cheeky. He will hack alone if you are a strong confident rider who will not tense up on him. If you are unsure on anything he knows and will make all the decisions himself – usually resulting in him spooking and trying his best to head back home (never at speed, just gets nappy when spooked). He has been known to buck on a hack when he is in a group cantering, although has never done this on his own or with just one other horse. This is never through malice, just excitement. He therefore needs an experienced rider and over 18’s only please for Flash as he can be very difficult! Flash is bombproof in the school as he is ex riding school – just very ploddy – but with an experienced rider who knows correct aids he will work nicely. However, Flash cannot be jumped due to old injury in hock (which affects him in no other way).
We have direct off road hacking at our yard in Hartley Wintney for hours of fantastic hacking through Bramshill Forest, and also have a school which can be used too
Children and pets are welcome, but must be supervised by a knowledgeable adult at all times.
Jess & Flash could be shared together or separately. They are available on part loan/share for 2 days a week. We can be flexible on both days and times.

Looking for teenager / lightwheight adult to share my sons 13.1hh pony 2/3 times a week. He is a loveable 6yr old chestnut gelding and needs a confident rider as can be a bit green, he is being hacked out by my ten year old but due to other commitments he is not getting the excersize that he needs. He is kept in throop, bournemouth. We are flexible on the days / times but require a contribution of £20 pwk. This can be a share just for the school holidays or long term but he will not be for sale and there will be no other costs. However, this will be a one person arrangement...so no friends, children or helpers will be allowed to participate on the share days. I would also suggest the sharer has their own rider insurance.

Sharer wanted to share my beautiful loan cob, Kalooki. I have full permission from his owner to find a suitable person to help me ride this lovely chap. He is a tad podgy & needs to improve on fitness, so needs more frequent riding.
He is 15.2, an adorable hack, loves jumping and great with schooling once fit again. There is a schooling area which can be hired very nearby if required.
He isn't hugely keen on tractors or vehicles with trailers and can be strong, nothing major and otherwise a perfect hack, you just need a brain really. Therefore I need someone experienced and confident. He is fine in all other traffic. Perfect in every other way (shoe, box, farrier etc)
You must have own transport and be totally 100% reliable. Absolutely no fair weather riders, novices or under 18s I'm afraid.
I would like him ridden twice a week, and he will be available for you on one day of the weekend every other weekend. I'm asking for £40 contribution monthly and a bit of poo picking each week (although this is slightly negotiable) No need to feed, rug, water etc as I will be doing this when I do the other ponies.
I will also be on holiday for 2 weeks in August, so the opportunity would be there for further riding if required.
The only slight pain for the right sharer, is that the tack does need to be picked up from my house & dropped off each time. However I live 3 minutes (exactly lol) from the paddocks & it is a very comfy saddle to ride in.

This lovely little pony of mine is now re-offered on part-loan/share due to his previous loaner sadly moving away.
The pony is an all rounder who is fun loving, cheeky & mischievous but safe & sensible all in one! I would describe him as a one in a million pony; he really is fabulous in every way. He is extremely friendly & comes to call in field once he recognises you, he is always keen to come in & has never ever been a trouble to catch. He is good with children. He will stand sensibly to be groomed, washed & tacked up – loves one to one attention.
The pony is suitable for most abilities of riders but does need to be kept in check sometimes simply because he is extremely cheeky! For example that bit of grass over there often looks more tempting than being ridden! He has a very typical pony attitude. He will hack alone or in company but does definitely prefer company. He can jump & is currently jumping 2ft with a lightweight rider; he does not ever got strong or silly towards jumps like other ponies do. He is never strong in any sphere & will stop straight away when asked, he is a very safe ride & has never thrown me off.
Ideally I would love him to have a child around who would like to take him to pony club or shows however I would be just as happy with a happy hacker or even a little girl/boy having him on lead rein. The most important thing is that you treat him well with respect & love, aswell as being reliable.
He is kept in a lovely yard in Blendworth Nr. Horndean, Hampshire (15 minutes from Petersfield, 15 minutes from Portsmouth, 10 minutes from Waterlooville) The yard is very friendly & has inside stables for those rainy days aswell as a schooling area, jumping field, good hacking & local gallops. There is always somebody to ride with there & we are always welcoming. I am around most days due to having another pony to exercise. There is also the opportunity of riding lessons at the yard.
I am asking for a contribution of £22.50 per week toward his upkeep which includes use of all facilities etc. Ideally I would like the loaner to have him a Saturday & one week day, there is a possibility to sometimes have a second weekend day, & if you are wanting to do shows or pony club then you are welcome to him on a Sunday too.

He is fantastic to do in all ways, and is great to learn everything on, has completed 10 mile sponsered rides, been placed local showing and showjumping. Absolutely gorgeous blue roan 7 year old NF gelding needs loving, knowledgeable rider to bring him on. Backed at 4 and lightly hacked for two years at home, has spent last few months at a loan home being schooled and brought on over poles, but is still very green. He is proving to be a talented showjumper with good sight for striding and a big, scopey jump. Now needs a much more committed rider to put in the groundwork with him and have regular lessons to improve his confidence. Would ideally suit a lightweight teenager or adult who enjoys bringing on young horses, but could also suit confident child with experienced parents willing to pay for regular lessons with instructor. Exceptionally affectionate nature and quiet stable manners, 100% shoe, box, catch, traffic, with kids and dogs. Very forward going but never silly. Has sweet itch, well controlled by rug. My mare is a 16"1 Warm Blood/TB that I'm looking to share / potential loan. The reason for this is that I have a young child and try as I might I can't give my horse the time and work she deserves, so I'm finally throwing in the towel for her sake, and asking for help.
She is 18yrs old, (doesn't act like it), and is an ideal fun hack/riding club activities horse, that in the past has competed BD novice level. She is Good to shoe, clip, load and is very loving. Due to the lack of time, she will need some ground work as she has started to nap, however, during the summer I put work in with her and this behavior did stop, so I'm sure it's boredom. She loves to jump, however, due to lack of fitness levels this would have to be built up to.
I will require a contribution towards her keep of £20 per week, and a possible donation to shoes.
