I need approx 15 Stables (indoor would be amazing) but would consider more, plenty of storage for hay, bedding etc, alarmed tack room, adequate grazing with well maintained fencing (not barbed wire) for 15 horses with enough to rotate, sole use of good size all weather floodlit school (indoor would be fab) is vital, hard standing for Lorries/Trailers and mains electric & water supplies. Accommodation is vital that accepts small dogs and good off road hacking would be a huge advantage. Utilities should ideally be included in rental package.
